"Suspending the provisions of Rule 29 of the Joint Rules of the House of Delegates and Senate, relating to consideration of pension and retirement related legislation."

Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of the members present of each house agreeing thereto:

That for the duration of the Third Extraordinary session, the provisions of Joint Rule 29 are hereby suspended.
